My Art Journaling Process- Part 3

Each month I work on my
art journal pages..

for me, it is a spiritual practice,
it is a way of practicing the art of letting go..
surrendering and
releasing my control of the way I want my art to look..
to be..

and allowing the broader aspect of me..

to design,
create,
manifest,

so I gather the materials that appeal to me..
and then listen..
which ones shall I use..?

If I listen...
 it works perfectly..
if I am in control..
it doesn't..

Month in and month out,
I practice..

Thanks for watching..
and have a magnificent weekend..

I like the idea of keeping your ephemera in plastic bags. I keep mine in large boxes because I have too much of each to keep in bags. I truly LOVE your guillotine cutter. It looks a lot like mine. Thanks as always for the chance to look into your mind and your art processes. Got a big laugh at the blooper!

Thank you my dear Cat, for letting me enter your mind, thoughts, and hidden treasures, for creating your beautiful pages. The ones you show here, from your art journal, are fabulous .
Like some of the others commenting, I could need a little lesson, in keeping all my savings, in a more organized way :-)

Sunday hugs,
Dorthe

Carol, I often organize when I feel stuck, so it serves two purposes, to organize and to free the mind of control!! :)

Hi dear Dorthe! I do like to organize and keep things straight. It takes too much time to hunt for things!! Glad you liked the video and seeing my book and pages, I will share more next time! xoxo
